5-10 kg weight Eat 12 grams of food daily (about 2 tablespoons).
10-25 kg weight and eat 18g of protein daily (about 3 and one half teaspoons)
If you weigh 25-50kg and eat 24 grams daily (about 4 and one-half teaspoons)
